I offer a safe space for both healing what needs letting go and moving forward towards joy and fulfillment. 

Coaching and Reiki are distinct, yet complementary modalities whose impact I have seen on myself and others.

Coaching works at the thought/conscious level – where we work to uncover your core values, core thoughts, who you really are, and what you really want, and what holds you back. 

Reiki works on the subconscious level – the space of no-mind, and clears whatever needs to be released that is holding you back from uniting with your true Self.
